Fritz's Birthday

I feel really bad, we didn't even take one picture last night! We had an excellent dinner of steak, baked potato, salad & rolls. And, of course, german chocolate cake and yellow cake w/ cream cheese icing! We had the family all over, and it was just a really nice time! The one comment that Fritz made to me yesterday that really sticks out in my mind was when I told him Happy Birthday, and hoped he would have a good day, he said, "I will, I'm just so happy I have been able to spend so many with you!" I feel so grateful to have such a wonderful husband & best friend!

We took these pictures on January 24th right after church. She was smiling and laughing for Brad. She is such a joy, and so much fun in our lives. We all seem to fight over her all the time. I guess you can't get to much of a good thing!!

Sledding on Christmas Day

We all went sledding on Christmas Day after we ate. It was a ton of fun. I think it was Jim & Melissa's kids first time. They all loved it, even when their cheeks were purple!

Christmas Morning

This year was so wonderful! We just had a great day from start to finish! One of my favorite parts of the day was when I got to take Fritz out to the garage and suprise him with his new snowblower! He was so excited. Jordan loved her gifts,some of the things she got were, a camera, an art easel, clothes and lots of pet shop stuff. Jaimie got a new desk top computer, and clothes. We got new wii games and movies. I'm most excited about the Super Matio Bros for the wii!!! I was spoiled too, and loved my gifts. We spent the majority of the day over at Mom & Dad's house. The only thing that could have made it better was having Brad, Manike & Carolina here with us!!

Christmas Eve Party

We had a fun Christmas Eve party! We ate Ham, Yummy potatoes, Salad & Rolls! We played some fun games; Christmas Family Fued & a game where we had to shake dice and get doubles to obtain a gift, then we unwrapped the gifts and set a timer. If you got doubles during the time the timer was going, you could exchange gifts with whomever you chose. Fritz and Melissa were at it until the very last second! We also read a few stories. The kids were all hyped up and ready for Santa to visit! We went and looked at all the lights in our huge metropolis, and kept passing Jess & Ave, it was too funny!!!!

We're Grandparents

Carolina Arabella was born on October20th. She weighed 7lbs 12 oz and was 18 1/2" long. We are so excited to be grandparents!! We can't wait to see her. It is silly, but when I go to the store I feel this huge urge to buy EVERYTHING! It is so much fun!! Amy got to go see her and hold her last night, and she took me these pictures!! I am so excited to have pictures I can go print and scrapbook!!!!

Halloween

Here are the girls in their costumes. I decided not to dress up, yeah I know...We went to the carnival at the school and then trick or treating! Jordan was too funny..she didn't want to walk alone. We did ave a fun time. Fritz and Jaimie watched scary movies.

Haunted House

Wow, how fun was this? The house csme pre-assembled, but one of the corners were broken, so Fritz had to doctor it up. He is the house builder after all! LOL. We loved it!!

"Carving" pumpkins

We were not able to carve our pumpkins this year, because they froze! They were all squisy and sweating so bad we almost couldn't draw on them, but Fritz, Jordan & Jaimie had so much fun doing them anyways!!

Reception

We don't have the pictures from the photographer yet, but thank goodness for my sisters & mom!! I am so glad they took pictures, because I didn't have my phone on me all day let alone my camera! There are so many more pictures than this, and I am sure Jessica will put some of her favs on her blog, and when Brooke is done, we will get to see all of those too!! I just loved how everything turned out!!! Even thou all the girls in line ended up wearing jackets...it was still alot of fun, and worth it! It was so pretty. Jessica said it turned out just they way she dreamed it would! I still can't believe my baby girl is married!! We love Avery & are so glad to have another addition to our family!!!
